Mission & Purpose
It has been my lifelong desire to help others awaken to their inner light.
We all feel, hear, sense and experience differently. On our quest to peace, balance and healing we encounter questions, choices and wonderment.
Whether it is the pain filled body, the curious spirit or the true seeker, finding what speaks to your soul can feel like a lonely road. Yet in reality, we are many upon the journey and you are not alone.
My hope is to help you find what speaks to your soul. Along my own path I have been blessed to learn from many. My purpose is simply to share, care, help, listen and reach for answers together. For we are all teachers and we are all students.
When we connect in the way of the Light, give support and inspire... we open. We feel empowered and give credence to create and embrace change, passion and new life. As we allow ease and peace, balance and joy emanate, and our own inner light shines. Our spirit raises, our mind releases resistance and our bodies can heal.
I believe that as each individual heals, we bring healing to one another, our environment and our planet.

What is Reiki?
Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive healing technique that works with the energy fields of the body to promote balance, relaxation, and healing. It is based on the idea that an unseen life force energy flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If our energy is low, we are more likely to feel stress and get sick, but if our energy is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
Services
Reiki Instruction
All classes are 5-7 hours based on the number of students. Certification and manual for each level class.
Reiki Level 1
This first level offers the basic understanding of Reiki, it's history, principles, lineage, and how it works. You will learn about Chakras and the body's energy system, how to feel/sense energy, learn the hand positions and experience the giving and receiving Reiki. Having completed this class you will be able to use Reiki on yourself, family, friends & pets.
Reiki Level II
This level of Reiki teaches the tools and techniques used for Distant Healing, increased sensing of energy & auras, symbols, clearing and cleansing of self and spaces, and becoming a practitioner if you so choose. You must have completed level I.
Reiki Level III
Often called ADVANCED REIKI CLASS. This instruction will provide more in depth techniques for those who do Reiki on others regularly or are practitioners. Chakra balancing, Aura clearing & balancing, and Master symbols are some of the aspects of this class. The Advanced level is preparatory for those on the path to Master-Teacher. This class can be taken after six months of active level II practice.

Reiki Shares
Teaching all levels of White Light & Japanese Reiki for more than 20 years. Held monthly and open to all levels of Reiki

Holistic Healing
Ionic Detox Foot Bath
This half hour relaxing foot bath produces millions of ions that neutralize tissue acid and waste. You will be amazed at the mucous residue your body eliminates and the health you feel as the cleansing process attains the correct frequency to restore cells to a healthy state.
Ear Candling
This age old safe, natural method removes wax, debris and build up in the ear.
Chakra Balancing
As you relax, enjoy a comprehensive attunement of each chakra, clearing and activating the energy stored within. Utilizes guided imagery, healing energy tools, essential oils, crystals and vibrational sound to clear and align the chakra light body.
Spiritual Guidance Readings
My readings include Animal, Angel, Tarot, Crystals, Runes, pendulum, & guides.
(Available for home parties)
Healing Sessions
Combines Reiki, relaxation, crystals, chakra balancing, aura clearing & release techniques. (Approximately 1 hour)
Crystal Bowl Sound Baths
A Sound Bath is a deeply immersive, meditative experience using resonant sound waves from instruments like crystal singing bowls and gongs to guide the brain into deep relaxation, promote stress relief, and achieve emotional balance.
